HAPPY I just set this huge beautiful Killiecrankie/Topaz from Flinders Island Tasmania. Setting can be really intense both mentally and physically! You need all your focus and to be completely in control of your strength and your tools. One slip and that could be the end of the stone and the whole piece! Because I use one off sized stones I can’t just pop another one back in if I smash it! I’ve got to make a whole new setting or get another stone cut to fit which would be very costly especially with these big rocks!
