Australia is famous for its Opals, Sapphires and pink Argyle Diamonds to name a few which I absolutely love!!!! But isn’t this Chrysocolla from Queensland simply stunning!! Before I started cutting rocks I didn’t even know Australia had Chrysocolla or even Turquoise. Understanding they come from the copper rich areas it makes sense to me now. I just can’t believe these stones are not well known as an Australian Mineral! I allowed myself the time to do some cutting today. First time in ages!!!!!
