I first made some like this a couple of years ago for Edge2 Isthmus Exhibition where a group of artists examined and interpreted our local geological formations into their work. Time consuming but lovely results. I finished some others before these and my Dad chose a pair for Mums Birthday! Happy Birthday Mum️ She wore them out to lunch with us today and they looked so good on her! These ones are titanium set in silver and gold. The contrast of the titanium with the precious metal is beautiful! I have used local Dolorite rock to imprint the titanium for texture.
